OUR RETURNS POLICY

We offer a full refund should you find that the item is not as described, faulty or does not perform as detailed. Please bear in mind that the items for sale are either antique, vintage or preloved and therefore will show signs of age and past use or are decorative and may not be appropriate to be used as originally manufactured. We try to describe all condition issues but that may not be possible so the associated photos form part of the description. Please also contact me to discuss any further information you may wish to know prior to purchase. We want you to be happy with your purchase. Returns will only be accepted from the person who purchased the item. If an item is faulty please contact us as soon as possible. 

 

Right to Cancel 

 

Please note that you have the right to cancel any order within 14 days of receiving your order. You must therefore return the item to us within the following 14 days. Please ensure the item is in the same condition as it was received and suitably packaged for return. We will not pay for the return postage and packing. 

 

Refunds 

 

All appropriate refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of any returned goods. A refund will not be given if the purchaser knew the condition of the item on purchase, have tried to repair the item or appointed someone else to repair the item or you no longer want the item (subject to the right to cancel).

Our business is hosted on the wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 

 

We may contact you to resolve a dispute, to collect monies owed, to send updates about our business, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to fulfil any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you by via email, telephone, text messages and postal mail.

SHIPPING POLICY

How it Works

We only ship items to mainland UK. If you wish to collect your order in person from our premises in Belper, Derbyshire then this can be arranged and is free. 

 

If you wish your order to be shipped to an address in mainland UK then I can arrange postage and packing or a reputable courier and will advise you of the costs following your enquiry to purchase an item. It is important due to the nature of the items I sell that they are carefully packaged and delivered securely. All postal items are tracked and must be signed for as proof of receipt. 

 

Please see the terms of use explaining how to purchase an item. Following receipt of the payment in full including agreed shipping costs smaller items will be shipped tracked and to be signed for within 5 working days. Larger items and furniture will be couriered within 21 days.  

 

We currently do not ship any items to addresses beyond mainland UK. We are sorry for any inconvenience.  

TERMS OF USE

This website only details a small percentage of the stock I have for sale. I stand at a number of antique fairs throughout the year, as detailed on instagram, so please contact me if you wish to view any item.

 

On enquiring about an item for sale on this website and you then wish to purchase the item, we will issue an appropriate invoice for the cost including agreed shipping costs. The item will not be shipped until payment is received in full. Smaller items will be posted within 5 workings days or in the case of larger items and furniture within 21 days of receipt. You will be kept informed at all times through this process.   

 

If you are collecting an item you have arranged to purchase and wish to collect in person, we will reserve the item for you. Payment can then be made on collection, by prior arrangement, by cash or card.
